Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sprouted green gram Mulappicha cherupayar
  • 2 no Tomato chopped, small
  • 2 no Onion chopped, small
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Curry leaf finely chopped
  • Roasted cumin powder A pinch, Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing healthy sprouted salad, steam the sprouted green gram for 5 minutes.
  • Mix all the other ingredients to the sprouted green gram: tomato, onion, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, lemon juice and required salt.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Healthy and protein rich sprout salad is ready. You can serve it as an evening snack for kids.
