- Sprouted Green Gram(Mulappicha cherupayar) - 1 cup
- Tomato(chopped, small) - 2 no
- Onion(chopped, small) - 2 no
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Curry leaf(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(for garnishing) - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing healthy sprouted salad, steam the sprouted green gram for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the other ingredients to the sprouted green gram: tomato, onion, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, lemon juice and required salt.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Healthy and protein rich sprout salad is ready. You can serve it as an evening snack for kids.
