Shrimp Salad
Cooked shrimps combined with dijon mustard, mayonnaise, ceelery and other ingredients

- Shrimp – 250g(cleaned and de veined), cleaned and de
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Celery thinly chopped
- 1 no Boiled egg chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mustard powdered
- Onion powder A pinch
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing shrimp salad, first boil the shrimp in salted water and vinegar. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Strain the shrimps and rinse in cold water.
Take a bowl and stir in cooked shrimps, mayonnaise, celery, soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped egg, mustard, onion powder, pepper and required salt.
Toss and mix well to combine.
Shrimp salad, a yummy as well as nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve cold.
