  • Shrimp – 250g(cleaned and de veined), cleaned and de
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Celery thinly chopped
  • 1 no Boiled egg chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powdered
  • Onion powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing shrimp salad, first boil the shrimp in salted water and vinegar. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain the shrimps and rinse in cold water.
  • Take a bowl and stir in cooked shrimps, mayonnaise, celery, soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped egg, mustard, onion powder, pepper and required salt.
  • Toss and mix well to combine.
  • Shrimp salad, a yummy as well as nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve cold.
