Apple & Khoya Halwa For Kids
Grated apple cooked with khoya/mava, milk, sugar and other ingredients

- 1 1/4 cup Apple grated
- 2 tbsp Khoya/Mava
- 1 3/4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Cardmom powdered
- 2 tbsp Walnut chopped
- 2 tbsp Cashewnut chopped
- 3/4 tbsp Ghee
- Vanilla essence Few drops
For preparing apple khoya halwa for kids, first melt ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add the grated apple and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
When the apple is almost done, add khoya/mava and cook for 3 minutes stirring in between.
Stir in milk and cook in low heat for 5 more minutes.
Add sugar, chopped walnut, cashewnut and cardmom. Cook in medium heat for 5 minutes till it gets a halwa consistency.
Sprinkle vanilla essence and mix well.
Delicious apple khoya halwa for kids, is ready.
