Honey Balls
Maida flour is mixed with yeast and finally scoops of batter are fried to a golden brown color to prepare honey balls, a favorite with kids.

- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Oil For deep frying
Mix flour with salt in another bowl and stir in dissolved yeast. Mix well to form a thick mixture.
Cover and keep flour mixture aside for an hour.
Heat oil in a hard bottomed pan and pour scoops of batter into it.
Fry till they puff up and turn golden brown in color.
Arrange the fried balls in a serving plate. When slightly cold, pour honey over the balls and decorate with sugar and cardamom.
