Banana Vada(Pazham Vada)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Ripe bananas
  • 200 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas completely.
  • Add sugar to mashed bananas. Mix it.
  • Add white flour, baking powder and ground cardamoms to the above mix and stir well.
  • Add enough water to get consistency thicker than dosa batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Take a little dough using a tablespoon and drop it in medium hot oil.
  • When the vada becomes golden brown, remove from the oil.
  • Serve it when it is cool.
