Prawn And Green Channa Kabab - For Kids

Ingredients
  

  • Prawn – 250g(cleaned and de veined), cleaned and de
  • 5 nos Garlic flakes finely chopped
  • 5 g Ginger finely chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green Channa/Green Chickpea boiled and mashed
  • 2 nos Onion finely chopped, small
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 no Egg
  • 3 nos Bread slices soaked and crushed
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients except egg and oil : prawns, garlic, ginger, green chillies, green channa, onion, chilly powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, crushed bread and required salt.
  • Beat the egg and blend well with prawn mixture.
  • Heat oil in kadai, shallow fry the ingredients. Allow to cool
  • Shape kababs out of this prawn mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Prawn and green channa kabab, a yummy, nutritious dish, is ready. Serve hot with salads, sauce etc.
