Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients except egg and oil : prawns, garlic, ginger, green chillies, green channa, onion, chilly powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, crushed bread and required salt.
Beat the egg and blend well with prawn mixture.
Heat oil in kadai, shallow fry the ingredients. Allow to cool
Shape kababs out of this prawn mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
Prawn and green channa kabab, a yummy, nutritious dish, is ready. Serve hot with salads, sauce etc.
