Prawn – 250g(cleaned and de (veined), cleaned and de)5 nos Garlic flakes (finely chopped)5 g Ginger (finely chopped)3 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 cup Green Channa/Green Chickpea (boiled and mashed)2 nos Onion (finely chopped, small)1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Chaat masala1/2 tsp Garam masala1/4 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped)1 no Egg3 nos Bread slices (soaked and crushed)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Mix together all the ingredients except egg and oil : prawns, garlic, ginger, green chillies, green channa, onion, chilly powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, crushed bread and required salt.Beat the egg and blend well with prawn mixture.Heat oil in kadai, shallow fry the ingredients. Allow to coolShape kababs out of this prawn mixture and deep fry in hot oil.Prawn and green channa kabab, a yummy, nutritious dish, is ready. Serve hot with salads, sauce etc. North Indian
