Ground coconut mixture cooked with chopped cabbage

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Cabbage chopped
  • 50 g Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 no Spring onion chopped
  • 1 no Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 no Red chilly broken in half
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • First crush the ingredients: grated coconut, ginger, spring onion and green chilly.
  • Heat pan pour oil, mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves. Fry the crushed mixture.
  • Add cabbage, salt and fry well. mix well and cook uncovered.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. A tasty and nutritional side dish with rice is ready.
