Instructions
- First crush the ingredients: grated coconut, ginger, spring onion and green chilly.
- Heat pan pour oil, mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves. Fry the crushed mixture.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. A tasty and nutritional side dish with rice is ready.
