Stuffed Mushrooms-Khombi Baked

Mushroom caps are stuffed with a mixture and finally cooked in a microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 4 nos Prawns finely chopped
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Remove stems from mushrooms and keep caps aside.
  • Finely chop the mushroom stems and cooked prawns. Mix with butter and spring onion.
  • Cook the mushroom stems in microwave in high mode for 1 1/2 minute until stems are tender and done.
  • Mix the cooked mushroom stems with all the other ingredients except mushroom caps: sour cream, pepper and required salt.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared mix.
  • Arrange the filled mushroom caps in a tray and microwave in high mode for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stuffed mushrooms/khombi in microwave, a tasty and nutritious recipe, is ready.
