Stuffed Mushrooms-Khombi Baked
Mushroom caps are stuffed with a mixture and finally cooked in a microwave

- 1 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 nos Prawns finely chopped
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Remove stems from mushrooms and keep caps aside. 
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and cooked prawns. Mix with butter and spring onion. 
- Cook the mushroom stems in microwave in high mode for 1 1/2 minute until stems are tender and done. 
- Mix the cooked mushroom stems with all the other ingredients except mushroom caps: sour cream, pepper and required salt. 
- Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared mix. 
- Arrange the filled mushroom caps in a tray and microwave in high mode for 2-3 minutes. 
- Stuffed mushrooms/khombi in microwave, a tasty and nutritious recipe, is ready.
