Stir Fried Prawns
Yummy prawns cooked in a jiffy. Perfect as a starter or can be accompanied with fried rice and rotis.

- 250 g Prawns shelled and cleaned
- 1 no Onions finely chopped
- 1 no Tomato finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Tomato sauce
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tsp Refined Oil
- For garnishing:
- Spring Onions Few, chopped
- Coriander leaves Few, chopped
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry until translucent.
Add ginger, garlic and fry until raw smell disappears.
Add tomato and fry until oil separates.
Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until prawns are cooked and texture is soft.
Garnish with chopped spring onions, coriander leaves and serve hot.
