Egg-Anda-Muttai Bajee

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Boiled Egg cut each in to 4 pieces
  • 50 g Besan flour Kadala podi
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil For frying
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a smooth dough like batter with besan powder, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and little water.
  • Seperate the egg yolk from the egg and mix it with the dogh. Pluck a small portion of the dough, roll into a round and insert a piece of egg in it. Cover with dough.
  • Repeat the same procedure with remaining egg pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bajees to a golden brown color.
  • Egg/anda/muttai bajee, a tasty evening time snack, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
