Microwave Butter Chicken-Murgh

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Chicken pieces boneless
  • 75 g Cooking butter
  • 25 g Brown onion paste
  • 15 g Ginger paste
  • 15 g Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 150 ml Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 25 ml Fresh cream
  • 75 ml Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves For garnishing

Instructions
 

  • For preparing microwave butter chicken, mix the chicken pieces with 1/3 rd portion of butter. Microwave in high for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except fresh cream and coriander leaves: brown onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, tomato puree, sugar, water and required salt.
  • Stir in chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Cook in microwave for 7 minutes and stir.
  • After stirring, cook for another 6 minutes and stir again.
  • Add the fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish microwave butter chicken with coriander leaves and serve hot.
