Crab Curry
Crab curry is prepared by cooking crab pieces in ground coconut mixture, ginger-garlic paste and other ingredients

- 250 g Crab cubes
- 1 no Onion sliced
- ½ cup Coconut grated
- ½ tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Masala powder
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- ½ tsp Lime juice
- Oil
- Salt As reqd
First grind the grated coconut and raw rice to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add black gram dal and curry leaves.
Now add the onion pieces and cinnamon. SautT well and fry.
Add ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, ground coconut mixture and required salt.
Allow to boil and add the crab pieces. Cook with a covered lid in low heat till crab is done.
Add coconut milk and lemon juice.
Stir well and cook in low flame for 2 minutes. Remove pan from fire.
Delicious crab curry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
