Crab Curry
Crab
curry is prepared by cooking
crab
pieces in ground
coconut
mixture,
ginger
-
garlic
paste and other ingredients

Onion
sliced
½
cup
Coconut
grated
½
tsp
Ginger
paste
1
tsp
Chilly powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
1
tsp
Masala powder
1
sprig
Curry leaves
½
tsp
Lime juice
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
First grind the grated
coconut
and
raw rice
to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan and splutter
mustard seeds
. Add
black gram
dal and
curry leaves
.
Now add the
onion
pieces and cinnamon. SautT well and fry.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste, chilly powder, ground
coconut
mixture and required
salt
.
Allow to boil and add the
crab
pieces. Cook with a covered lid in low heat till
crab
is done.
Add
coconut
milk
and lemon juice.
Stir well and cook in low flame for 2 minutes. Remove pan from fire.
Delicious
crab
curry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
