Corn Flour Halwa
Sugar, cornflour, milk and other ingredients are combined to prepare sohan halwa

- 250 g Corn flour
- 250 g Sugar
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 250 gms Ghee
- Saffron A pinch
- ½ cup Dry fruits
Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup of water and milk.
Soak saffron in water and keep aside.
Make sugar syrup by dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of water and boil till string consistency.
Add the corn flour mixture and cook in low flame stiring continuously.
Add ghee and cardamom powder. Continue stirring till the ghee seperates.
Add dry fruits and mix well.
Pour the halwa into a greased plate and allow to cool.
Cut the corn flour halwa into desired shapes and serve.
