Egg - Chicken Souffle - Chinese Recipe
A tasty as well as nutritious chinese dish with minced chicken and egg whites as main ingredients

- 50g Chicken boneless,chopped
- 2 nos Egg whites
- 2 tbsp Chicken stock
- ½ tsp Garlic cleaned and crushed
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt As reqd
Melt butter in a pan and add the crushed garlic. Fry well.
Add the chopped chicken, chicken stock, pepper powder and salt. Cook in low flame.
Beat the egg white finely and pour into the boiling mixture and stir continuously.
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and serve hot.
