  • 50g Chicken boneless,chopped
  • 2 nos Egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Chicken stock
  • ½ tsp Garlic cleaned and crushed
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd


  • Melt butter in a pan and add the crushed garlic. Fry well.
  • Add the chopped chicken, chicken stock, pepper powder and salt. Cook in low flame.
  • Beat the egg white finely and pour into the boiling mixture and stir continuously.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and serve hot.
