Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Cauliflower florets
  • 1 nos Tomato chopped
  • 1 nos Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing microwave creamy cauliflower/gobi masala, mix together all the ingredients except cauliflower and cream. Cook for a minute in microwave on high mode. Allow to cool and grind into a nice paste.
  • Mix the cauliflower florets with the ground paste and add the fresh cream in a microwave safe bowl. Add salt.
  • Cook covered in a 100% preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with nan, paratha etc.
