Fish In Tikka Style - Microwave

Mashed fish mixed with potatoes, spring onions, other ingredients and finally grilled in microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Any fleshy fish
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ cup Besan powder kadalapodi
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger chopped
  • ½ tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 nos Green Chillies seed removed
  • ¼ tspn Garam masala
  • ½ tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ¼ tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish pieces in half of the lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Make a fine paste by grinding all ingredients except curd and oil.
  • Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add curd. Blend well.
  • Keep the fish in this marinade for an hour.
  • Thread the fish in skewers with marinade and bake both sides for 10 minutes each in a 450 degree preheated oven.
  • Serve hot with some sauce or salad.
