Griddle BBQ Fish

BBQ coated fish pieces are roasted in a hot griddle until done

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Any fleshy fish
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

For preparing paste:

  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water
  • Cucumber slices
  • Lemon wedges
  • Onions rings

Instructions
 

  • Smear the cleaned fish pieces with lemon juice and little salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Wash well and drain.
  • Grind all the ingredients together for preparing paste.
  • Marinate the fish slices in the ground paste, BBQ sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Place the marinated fish slices in an oil smeared hot griddle.
  • Pour little oil around each fish slice and roast in medium flame till golden brown.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges, onion rings and cucumber.
