Instructions
- Smear the cleaned fish pieces with lemon juice and little salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Wash well and drain.
- Grind all the ingredients together for preparing paste.
- Marinate the fish slices in the ground paste, BBQ sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated fish slices in an oil smeared hot griddle.
- Pour little oil around each fish slice and roast in medium flame till golden brown.
