For preparing Chilli Fish, first prepare a paste with ginger-garlic paste, beaten egg white, maida and some salt.
Marinate the fish pieces in this paste for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown color.
Pour the remaining oil into another pan and saute onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, capsicum, green chillies and green chilly sauce for a few minutes.
Add vinegar and mix gently. Allow the gravy to boil.
Stir in fried fish pieces and simmer in low flame for a few seconds.
