Chicken-Murgh Lollipop

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Chicken wings with skin
  • 3 nos Green chillies ground
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • Chicken masala A pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 25 g All purpose flour Maida
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • Red color A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Oil For deep frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken/murgh lollipop, first cut the chicken wings into two.
  • Slide meat from the base of the bone to the tip using a sharp knife and mould into a lollipop.
  • Steam the lillipop using a steamer till half done. Allow to cool. 4)Make a batter by mixing together all ingredients except chicken: green chillies, egg, ginger-garlic pastes, chicken masala, soya sauce, chilly sauce, maida, pepper, red color and 1/4 cup water.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan, dip each lollipop in the thick batter and fry in medium heat to a golden brown color.
  • Chicken/murgh lollipop, a yummy mouth watering dish, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy.
