- Chicken wings(with skin) - 4 nos
- Green chillies(ground) - 3 nos
- Egg - 1 no
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Masala(A pinch) -
- Soya Sauce - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 1/4 tsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 25 g
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Red color(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Oil(For deep frying) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken/murgh lollipop, first cut the chicken wings into two.
- Slide meat from the base of the bone to the tip using a sharp knife and mould into a lollipop.
- Steam the lillipop using a steamer till half done. Allow to cool. 4)Make a batter by mixing together all ingredients except chicken: green chillies, egg, ginger-garlic pastes, chicken masala, soya sauce, chilly sauce, maida, pepper, red color and 1/4 cup water.
- Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan, dip each lollipop in the thick batter and fry in medium heat to a golden brown color.
- Chicken/murgh lollipop, a yummy mouth watering dish, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy.
