Pineapple

For seasoning:

Mustard seeds

Fenugreek seeds

Instructions
Cook pineapple by adding chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
Finely grind the coconut and keep it aside.
Take a manchatti(i preferred this), heat some oil and splutter fenugreek, mustard, mulaku and finally curry leaves.
Add the cooked pineapple into it and saute for sometime. Then add the ground coconut and make it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add curd slowly. Remove from fire. If u prefer a sweetened pullissery, add a small piece of jaggery.
