Easy Pullissery Using Pineapple

Pullissery with pineapple and grated coconut

For seasoning:


  • Cook pineapple by adding chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
  • Finely grind the coconut and keep it aside.
  • Take a manchatti(i preferred this), heat some oil and splutter fenugreek, mustard, mulaku and finally curry leaves.
  • Add the cooked pineapple into it and saute for sometime. Then add the ground coconut and make it to boil.
  • When it starts to boil, add curd slowly. Remove from fire. If u prefer a sweetened pullissery, add a small piece of jaggery.
