  • Heat some oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms till it becomes tender. Keep it aside.
  • Grind the coconut, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves by adding some water.
  • Take another pan and heat some oil. Saute onions and garlic until it turns into slight brown color.
  • Add some salt. Add the ground coconut and make it to boil.
  • When it starts to boil, add the fried mushroom pieces into it.
  • Green mushroom curry is ready within minutes. Serve hot.
