White Chicken Curry with Cashew nuts

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Make a paste of cashew nuts and coconut. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Put the onion and saute well. When the color changes to slight brown, add ginger-garlic pastes, garam masala and salt.
  • Then put the chicken pieces into it and mix well.
  • Add enough water for the chicken pieces to cook. Cover it with a lid.
  • When the chicken is well cooked, add the cashew paste and coconut paste and stir well and make it to boil for sometime.Garnish with pudina and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

    Hi Aswathy .. ur recipe sounds good, but i have a doubt. Will it give raw taste of cashew nut and coconut coz u have not mentioned if it needs to be fried before making paste..
