Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Prawns cleaned,washed and drained, large
  • 4 nos Green chillies minced
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 3 tsp Ginger minced
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • Tandoori color optional
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tandoori prawns, first prepare a mixture of green chillies, curd, ginger and garlic.
  • Into the curd mixture, add chilly powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, food color and required salt.
  • Stir in drained prawns into the mixture and marinate overnight in a refrigerator.
  • The next day, either cook the marinated prawns in a grill or fry the prawns in hot boiling oil to a golden brown color.
  • Tandoori prawns, a yummy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot with lime and onion slices.
