- Prawns(cleaned,washed and drained, large) - 6 nos
- Green chillies(minced) - 4 nos
- Curd - 1 cup
- Ginger(minced) - 3 tsp
- garlic(minced) - 5 cloves
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seed powder(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Tandoori color(optional) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tandoori prawns, first prepare a mixture of green chillies, curd, ginger and garlic.
- Into the curd mixture, add chilly powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, food color and required salt.
- Stir in drained prawns into the mixture and marinate overnight in a refrigerator.
