For preparing , first beat the eggs with chicken/mutton gravy and set aside.
Next, heat an iron skillet and pour some oil. Add chopped onions, green chilly, curry leaves and saute for a few minutes until the onion becomes golden brown in color.
Stir in chilly powder, pepper powder and mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and keep sautTing until well blended.
Clear the middle portion of the skillet and pour the beaten egg. Add required salt and combine well.
Stir in shredded porotta pieces and mix well till blended.
