- Parotta - 6
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 1
- Curry leaves - 1 sting
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- crumble the parotta and keep aside
- in pan add oil and saute paneer for few mins
- Now remove paneer and add oil and saute onion and curry leaves
- Now add tomato and saute well
- Now add little water and bring to boil and add parotta and mix well
- Now when it dry add paneer and mix gently and turn off the flame
- Now its ready to serve Paneer kothu Parotta
