Muringa Ela Dosa
Soaked parboiled rice/kuthari ground to a fine batter with grated coconut and mixed with drumstick leaves for preparing dosa

- 1/2 glass Parboiled rice Kuthari
- 1/2 cup Drumstick leaves Muringa ela
- 1/4 of Coconut grated
- Salt As reqd
- Oil For applying on tawa
For preparing muringa ela dosa, first soak kuthari in sufficient water for 5 hours.
Wash and drain rice. Grind the rice to a fine batter by adding little water.
Stir in grated coconut and grind again. Do not make the batter watery.
Add required salt and stir in drumstick leaves. Mix well.
Heat a tawa and apply some oil. Roll out dosas and fry to a golden brown color on both sides.
Muringa ela dosa, a nutritious and easy to prepare dish, is ready. Serve hot.
