Soaked parboiled rice/kuthari ground to a fine batter with grated coconut and mixed with drumstick leaves for preparing dosa

  • For preparing muringa ela dosa, first soak kuthari in sufficient water for 5 hours.
  • Wash and drain rice. Grind the rice to a fine batter by adding little water.
  • Stir in grated coconut and grind again. Do not make the batter watery.
  • Add required salt and stir in drumstick leaves. Mix well.
  • Heat a tawa and apply some oil. Roll out dosas and fry to a golden brown color on both sides.
  • Muringa ela dosa, a nutritious and easy to prepare dish, is ready. Serve hot.
