Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cooked and mashed tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds Ellu
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tapioca ball fry, mix together all ingredients: mashed tapioca, sesame seeds, chilly powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and required salt to a smooth mixture.
  • Roll out into small balls.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the tapioca balls to a golden brown color.
  • Tapioca ball fry, a tasty and easy to prepare evening-time snack, is ready. Serve hot.
