- Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida powder(Kayam) - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tapioca ball fry, mix together all ingredients: mashed tapioca, sesame seeds, chilly powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and required salt to a smooth mixture.
- Roll out into small balls.
- Tapioca ball fry, a tasty and easy to prepare evening-time snack, is ready. Serve hot.
