Potato Vada Recipe
Mashed potato mixed with soaked bread and rolled out into vadas

- 1/2 cup Cooked and mashed potato
- 1/4 cup Onion minced
- Ginger A small piece, minced
- 2 nos Green chillies minced
- 1/2 cup Bread soaked in water and squeezed out
- Oil As reqd for frying
- Salt As reqd
For preparing potato vada recipe, first heat oil in a frying pan and saute minced onion, ginger, green chillies to a golden brown color.
Stir in mashed potato, squeezed out bread and required salt. Mix well and saute in low heat.
Roll out the entire mixture into lime sized balls and flatten them.
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep the potato vadas to a golden brown color.
Potato vada recipe, a tasty nutritious tea-time snack is ready. Serve hot.
