1/2 cup Cooked and mashed potato1/4 cup Onion (minced)Ginger (A small piece, minced)2 nos Green chillies (minced)1/2 cup Bread (soaked in water and squeezed out)Oil (As reqd for frying)Salt (As reqd) For preparing potato vada recipe, first heat oil in a frying pan and saute minced onion, ginger, green chillies to a golden brown color.Stir in mashed potato, squeezed out bread and required salt.
