Sweet And Sour Prawns

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Prawns cleaned, washed and drained, big
  • 1/2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • Oil As reqd for frying
  • Water Little
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sweet and sour prawns, first mix together the following ingredients: maida, cornflour, egg, chilly powder, pepper powder, tomato sauce and required salt. Make a smooth paste by adding little water.
  • Add a pinch of agino moto to the prepared paste and mix well.
  • Dip each prawn in the paste mixture and roll in broken vermicelli.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the prawns to a golden brown color.
  • Sweet and sour prawns, a nutritious, mouth-watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
