Chicken Roast - Naadan Style

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken

For preparing masala:

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 7 nos Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 nos Tomato slices
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces.
  • Take another pan and heat some oil. Otherwise you can use the same oil which you have used to fry the chicken.
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and onion. Fry until it becomes light brown in color.
  • Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  • Add sliced tomato and required salt. Stir well until tomato gets cooked.
  • Add garam masala and tomato sauce.
  • Add curry leaves and fried chicken. Mix well until the masala gets coated on the chicken pieces.
  • Serve with Rice or Chappathi.
