Ingredients
- Chicken - 500 g
For preparing masala:
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- garlic(chopped) - 2 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Onion(finely chopped) - 7 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato slices - 3 nos
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces.
- Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and onion. Fry until it becomes light brown in color.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Add garam masala and tomato sauce.
- Add curry leaves and fried chicken. Mix well until the masala gets coated on the chicken pieces.
- Serve with Rice or Chappathi.
