Easy Apple Halwa
Grated apple cooked with condensed milk and other ingredients

- 2 nos Apple grated
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder Karugapatta
- Cloves powder A pinch, Grambu
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Raisins Unakka munthiri
For preparing easy apple halwa, first fry raisins in ghee and keep raisins aside.
Add cinnamon powder, clove powder, cardamom powder and grated apple. Stir in low flame.
Stir in sugar and condensed milk. Mix well to combine and keep stirring in low flame till thick.
Grease a plate with ghee and pour the apple halwa contents. Press firmly on top. Decorate top with fried raisins.
Allow the easy apple halwa to cool. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
