  • For preparing easy apple halwa, first fry raisins in ghee and keep raisins aside.
  • Add cinnamon powder, clove powder, cardamom powder and grated apple. Stir in low flame.
  • Stir in sugar and condensed milk. Mix well to combine and keep stirring in low flame till thick.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and pour the apple halwa contents. Press firmly on top. Decorate top with fried raisins.
  • Allow the easy apple halwa to cool. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
