Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Fish washed and drained, Pomfret/Avoli
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing grilled pomfret, first make a paste of all the ingredients: coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and required salt.
  • Make gashes on the sides of the fish and rub the masala paste on the fishes.
  • Marinate the fish pieces for 30 minutes.
  • Line a pan with oil and place the fishes on it. Grill the fishes until done.
  • Grilled pomfret, a nutritious and easy to prepare recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
