For preparing grilled pomfret, first make a paste of all the ingredients: coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and required salt.
Make gashes on the sides of the fish and rub the masala paste on the fishes.
Marinate the fish pieces for 30 minutes.
Line a pan with oil and place the fishes on it. Grill the fishes until done.
