- Fish(washed and drained, Pomfret/Avoli) - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

- For preparing grilled pomfret, first make a paste of all the ingredients: coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and required salt.
- Make gashes on the sides of the fish and rub the masala paste on the fishes.
- Marinate the fish pieces for 30 minutes.
- Line a pan with oil and place the fishes on it. Grill the fishes until done.
- Grilled pomfret, a nutritious and easy to prepare recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
