For preparing pepper chicken recipe, first heat oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add fennel seed powder and saute in low heat.
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till golden brown in color.
Stir in drained chicken pieces and sprinkle red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and required salt. Saute for a few seconds in low heat.
Add coriander powder, cumin seeds and pepper powder. Cook in medium heat.
When the chicken pieces are half done, add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid. Cook in low flame until done.
Pepper chicken recipe, an apt dish with chapathis or parathas, is ready. Serve hot.
